Order Policy

By placing an order with Annella you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to Annella's Terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact Annella  customer service by Info@annella.co.uk

By placing an order via this Website you are making a Annella purchase. The Purchase offer to Annella the goods detailed in your order upon all the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) Annella will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. We advise that you check your junk box for emails in case our mail appears there  A contract between you and Annella for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Your credit/debit card/ Klana account will be debited when your order is placed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

Deliveries

A delivery charge will be added to your order.

The delivery time stated on your order is an indication of the length of time it is  expected to take and is not a guarantee. There will be no compensation for orders that fall outside of this indicated timeframe. If you have a particular deadline for your delivery, we suggest you contact us before placing your order.

Monday to Friday (Mon to Friday deliveries via Evri Tracked signed for.

Our courier delivered orders are exempt from our 100% satisfaction guarantee as once they are picked up by the courier they are out of Annella direct control. No Refunds and resends are will be given and any missing orders will all need to be investigated with our courier before any action can be taken due to the sheer volume of parcels the courier deals with. This may take up 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please take care to enter your address carefully and accurately when processing your transaction - Annella will not & cannot be held liable for parcel delivery failure where incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses have been provided, this includes incorrect post codes.

Annella customer service team will treat all customers with respect and they deserve to receive the same. Any email/telephone call received which may be considered offensive or abusive will not receive a reply and we may refer it to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to cancel a customer account if we consider the customer is behaving in an inappropriate way. If a member of staff feels threatened or abused, the conversation will be terminated. Help us to help you!

Returns

Every item on Annella Trade website is defined as a Wholesale item, sold only to trade customers and, as such, is not covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) governing online selling to consumers (B2C). There are no returns on Wholesale items that are unwanted. Any items that you find to be faulty must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your Annella order. After this time scale Annella will not be able to assist with unreported faulty products.
